1. Our Products

Harbour & Hound is a dog-treat bakery based in Falmouth, Cornwall. We offer hand-baked treat bags, including Salmon Crunch and Peanut Hearts, and monthly treat box subscriptions.

2. Prices and Payment

Prices for our products are as follows:

Individual treat bags can be purchased directly through our website using our secure checkout. For monthly treat box subscriptions, please submit an enquiry via our contact form, and we will get in touch to arrange your subscription and payment details directly.

3. Delivery and Fulfilment

We bake our treats in small batches in Falmouth. Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary based on your location within the UK.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Due to the nature of our hand-baked goods, we handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis. For subscription cancellations, please provide at least 7 days' notice before your next scheduled delivery.

5. Acceptable Use

Our treats are intended for canine consumption only. Please ensure you check the ingredients list if your dog has specific allergies or dietary requirements. Harbour & Hound accepts no liability for any adverse reactions resulting from the consumption of our products.

6. Liability

Harbour & Hound is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your purchase shall not exceed the total price paid for the products.
